Your use of this Website is governed by these Terms and Conditions set out below. By using any part of this Website, and/or placing an order on the Website you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

Products & Services

The current turnaround time is always displayed at the top of the shop section. Please allow the maximum of this time to pass before requesting an update on your order. Please be prepared to wait the maximum time stated no rush order will be completed.

Any orders after Midday will be classed as being placed the next working day.

Turnaround times are always displayed in working days and do not include weekends or Bank Holidays.

Add on to orders are NOT currently accepted.

Collection Orders ARE accepted from our shop based in NG18 but usual turnaround times apply and we will contact you to arrange collection once we have nearly finished your order.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT WHOLESALE ORDERS FROM CUSTOMERS BASED IN NOTTINGHAMSHIRE AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME. THIS APPLIES TO BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO ALL NG POSTCODES, DEPENDANT ON DISTANCE FROM OUR REGISTERED PREMISES.

Whilst we do our best to ensure that descriptions are accurate and colours adequately represented, we cannot be held responsible should there be discrepancies in size, shape, or colours with the products received by you (the customer) as devices e.g. smart phones, computers may show them differently due to colour resolution etc.

The Little Lotion Company reserve the right to change any scent, colour or design (whether temporarily or permanently) at any time without prior notice.

Whilst we aim to ensure that a product for sale is in stock, we won’t be held liable if there was a mistake and a product is sold out, in which case we reserve the right to cancel your order.

We recognise that errors do occasionally happen and we reserve the right to correct wrong information, such as prices, and to cancel or refuse to process an order that was made based on that information.

We may add or remove features, products, or services from time to time without any prior notice.

User generated content

We reserve the right to monitor the user-generated content shared on our website/social media and remove anything that goes against our guidelines. We expressly ask you as users not to post anything that contains obscene language or any material that could be considered harmful or violent.

We also reserve the right to cancel the orders of repeat infringers.

We reserve the right to use any submitted content from social media for marketing purposes.

Disclaimer

We will not be held liable should you not be able to use our website or if you or your customer's are unable to use our product.

Payment

We accept Stripe, PayPal, PayPal Pay in 3 and Clearpay. We reserve the right to remove any of these payments methods without prior notice.

All prices indicated for products available via the Website are inclusive of VAT. The total cost of your order is the price of the products plus delivery charges.

To be eligible to purchase goods on this Website and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must be the holder of a valid debit/credit card.

Delivery

Our delivery costs start from £10 and go up to £24, depending on the weight of your order. We ship orders using a Fully Tracked DHL next day service or an Evri 3 day service. Northern Ireland orders will be shipped using DHL on a 48-72 hour delivery.

Once we book your order in for collection you will receive a dispatch email containing your tracking number. The parcel will then be collected from our address 1 or 2 days after, once collected your tracking link will update. The Little Lotion Company does not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by a third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all responsibility of the goods.

If your item has not arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch email then please contact us on hello@littlelotion with your name and order number so we can look into the delay.

Upon receipt of the goods you must inspect the goods and you will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us in writing of any damages/missing items/issues to hello@littlelotion within 48 hours of receiving your order. We shall not be obliged to accept any rejection at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We will ask for photos and a brief description of the issue, please allow 48 hours for a response. Small surface cracks are expected with handmade bath bombs and if we do not deem any manufacturing fault then no refund/replacement will be offered.

Any damaged items will be:

1. Refunded 30% if still sellable as 'oopsies'

2. Refunded in full if unsellable

If the courier has advised it has been delivered and a photo of a safe place/left with neighbour is provided then no refund/replacement will be given.

Cancellation and returns procedure

Should you wish to cancel your order please do so with as much notice as possible. If your order has been packed for dispatch then unfortunately we will not accept any cancellations and a refund will not be given. In this case the parcel will need to be returned to us, with postage at your cost, in it's original and unused, unopened state for a refund.

You are still liable for the parcel until it is received by us so we would recommend tracked or signed for delivery.

We do not accept returns due to the handmade nature of our products unless:

- If the item you receive is not the item you ordered, OR

- The item you receive is damaged

Anything else will be at our discretion.

Safety instructions must be followed at all times and are provided with all products, we are not liable for any issues/accidents occurring from misuse of our products.
